  • Jeff Moyer - PT, MPT, ATC, CSCS

    Jeff Moyer is originally from Michigan where he received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Central Michigan University in 1993. While pursuing his degree, Jeff worked as the university’s athletic trainer for the wrestling, hockey, football and baseball teams and as head athletic trainer for Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor, MI. Jeff also gained valuable experience at the university's prestigious MedSport Physical Therapy Center where he served as testing coordinator in strength, flexibility, and aerobic capacity for pre-NHL draft athletes. He headed south to the University of Miami to complete his Masters in Physical Therapy. While in Florida, Jeff worked as staff athletic trainer for the University of Miami. Giving up the humidity for a dryer heat, Jeff moved to Phoenix in 1999. Since moving to the valley, Jeff has specialized in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation helping patients of all ages and abilities maximize their potential with hands-on therapy and training.

  • Brian Swanson, PT, DPT, CSCS

    Brian grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area where he graduated from California’s Sonoma State University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Science. Upon graduation he spent a year working as an aide in an orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic, as well as completing his certification as a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist. He then chose to pursue a DPT degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts. At the end of his program, he headed to Seattle, Washington where he polished and practiced his hands-on skills in an orthopedic practice just a few blocks from the Space Needle. After a year, Brian and his wife decided to move to the Phoenix valley for a new adventure. Brian enjoys soccer, hiking, mountain biking, running live sound at his church, and exploring the Southwest with his wife.

  • Phyllis Euley, PT

    Originally from Wausau, Wisconsin, Phyllis attended University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and Mayo Clinic School of Allied Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. Since that time she has accumulated many years of experience in hospital and outpatient rehabilitation programs. When she relocated to Maryland, Phyllis worked at Prince Georges County Hospital as the Physical Therapy Supervisor of the chronic disease wing. She later became Director of Physical Therapy at Montgomery General Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland, and eventually went on to open an outpatient clinic in Maryland. Phyllis and her husband relocated to Arizona in 1998 and she worked for spinal surgeon Dr. James Maxwell until she joined the staff of Foothills Sports Medicine in 2010.

  • Doug Bordan, PT, MSPT

    Doug graduated from Long Island University, Brooklyn with a Masters and Bachelors in Physical Therapy in 2003. Prior to that, he received Bachelors in Accounting from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Doug worked in the accounting profession for about 5 years before returning back to school. He has worked in hospitals and outpatient clinics in both New York and Arizona. He managed an outpatient clinic and was an adjunct professor at NY School of Podiatric Medicine in Harlem, NY. He has recently moved back to Arizona and just joined Foothills.

  • Jason Dooley, PTA

    Jason is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to the valley in 2001. He graduated from Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, Arizona with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in 2011. While pursuing his degree, Jason worked for 2 years as a PT Tech learning a wide variety of exercises to benefit his patients. Growing up as an athlete in individual and team sports, Jason has an appreciation for the recovery and preventive process. He has a personal approach to his patients and has adapted to a hands on skills to help his patients reach their functional and personal goals. In his spare time, Jason likes to fish, play golf as well as train and compete in triathlons. He is an Ironman finisher and will compete in his second Ironman in November 2013.
