					The staff is very attentive.  The physical therapists are very knowledgeable of each clients’ needs and establish the proper exercises. The techs too are aware of each persons’  exercises and help to direct that these exercises are being done correctly.

The environment is one of friendliness from the time you come in the door until the time you leave.

Having followed the exercises at home as well as at the physical rehab center, the mobility and strength to the arm returned quickly!

					Everyone at Foothills Sports Medicine was very professional and polite. I went there to treat lower back pain and sciatica.  Every time I left I felt like a nee person and I progressively became more flexible with less pain. The at home stretching exercises continue to help. I miss the deep massages on my lower back because I can't get the same result trying to do it myself. I would definitely recommend Foothills.

					I had an unfortunate accident and broke my wrist a couple months ago, which caused my carpal tunnel to act up as well and a torn ligament in the hand. My physical therapist Dominique Bagley has been working with me for several weeks now, and I am starting to have some feeling in my finger. My pain decreases with every therapy session. She is kind and compassionate. She is also tough and won't let you slack on your exercises. Always motivates me to push myself to do better, Foothills experience has been nothing but excellent.

					The staff at the FH - Gold Canyon location are exceptional.  They built a well conceived personalized rehab plan, closely monitored my progress, and made what could have been a miserable experience a delight.  After total knee replacement surgery, the staff worked me to a place where I had greater range of motion than pre-op, and at 10 weeks I was pain free.  I could not be happier!

					Been here before and using again. The team here is good. They make you work, and you get results. I don't  like the internet check-in - it is not private. I realize by doing this it cuts costs but with it being out in the open it just feels unsafe.

					When you walk in on your very first appointment- it may be overwhelming! I promise, that goes away quickly.



There is so much life and healing that happens under that roof. You will laugh, you will be sore but… you will want to go back and keep getting better. If you are anything like me- you will cry when you are released. (Happy and very sad tears).



As far as the staff-

Dominque is a one of a kind woman! She has magical hands with a healing touch and make sure to check her sense of humor- it’s a good one! She is stern but understanding and will help you find your limits- or break the limits you thought you had.



Wayne “the pain” is a mastermind. I would describe him as very intelligent and clearly in the right profession. He has great banter and witty comments- that can range from “Zoo-Topia”, sport, to current world events in a drop off a hat.



Piper- that girl is one of the best multitaskers I have ever witnessed.

Is she cleaning? Is she setting someone up for heat/stim or is she helping show someone a new PT move? The answer to that is “YES!”. The best part…she does it with a big-beautiful-bright smile!



Honestly- all of the aids were amazing.

I was sad to see the ones move on that did and happy to meet the new ones.



Teri is a warm welcome at the front desk. She has a contagious laugh and an even more contagious smile. Make sure to stop and have a chat with her!



I can’t express this enough! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME QUALITY PHYSICAL THERAPY…. THIS IS YOUR PLACE.



I hope to never have to have physical therapy again- but I wouldn’t be mad if I could come back here for some tough TLC.
