Lindsey has been a dedicated Physical Therapist with Foothills since 2015. Her journey into physical therapy was influenced by her father’s cycling accident, which resulted in C3-C5 fusion and AC joint dysfunction. As she accompanied her father to appointments, Lindsey witnessed firsthand the transformative power of rehabilitation. This experience fueled her passion for helping others regain mobility and independence.
With a compassionate approach and unwavering commitment to her patients, Lindsey strives to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and giving back. Lindsey mentors future physical therapists and volunteers for numerous community events throughout the year.
When not in the clinic, Lindsey enjoys working out, traveling, and watching “The Office.”

Josh is from Orange County, California. He was actively involved in sports throughout his childhood and high school years, initially steering his interest towards working exclusively with athletes. However, when his father had a stroke during his sophomore year of college, his perspective and career path changed. Josh attended several therapy sessions with his father and witnessed the incredible impact rehabilitation professionals can have on improving an individual’s quality of life. This experience broadened Josh’s interests, leading him to achieve his doctorate in physical therapy, where he could help people realize their rehabilitative potential.
Today, Josh is passionate about guiding his patients through active treatments with the principle that “motion is lotion.” He is an advocate for patient education and helping his patients better understand their pain and how to manage it. Josh empowers his patients with the necessary knowledge and tools to aid their recovery process.
Josh is a proud fan of the Anaheim Ducks. Outside the clinic, you may find him watching hockey, spending time with his wife & kids, and trying new recipes.

Sidney is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from Mesa, Arizona. Personal experiences with physical therapy significantly influenced her career choice. Sidney has gone through a physical therapy program three times. Both positive and negative encounters shaped her perspective on patient care. The pivotal moment came from an uncomfortable experience with a practitioner who neglected pain management and proper introduction, making recovery difficult and painful.
