Sam is an Arizona native with a lifelong passion for sports and athleticism. She has been active in an impressive twelve sports throughout her life. After experiencing a significant injury, rehab was the only thing that helped Sam feel like herself again and return to sports. She was then inspired to earn her doctorate in physical therapy to help others achieve their goals.
Sam has a particular interest in treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD) after witnessing the transformative effects of LSVT BIG therapy on someone close to her. She is passionate about utilizing this specialized approach to improve the lives of those living with PD.
When not at the clinic, Sam enjoys hiking, belting out tunes at karaoke, spiking volleyballs on the court, cheering for her favorite football and baseball teams (the Cowboys and Rangers), and she is a BIG animal lover and cat mom to Dixie and Indy.

Michael found his calling in physical therapy through his journey of overcoming serious injuries sustained during his high school and college football. His firsthand experience with the rehabilitative process ignited a passion for helping others navigate similar challenges.
With a treatment style characterized by openness and collaboration, Michael ensures that his patients feel empowered and heard throughout their healing journey. His philosophy is simple yet profound: every individual he works with should leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Michael is a die-hard Boston sports fan and the oldest of three siblings! Outside of the clinic, he enjoys country dancing, powerlifting, watching movies, and reading a good book.

Physical Therapist AssistantSteve is a native of Arizona and is married with two children named Ben and Claire. He graduated from ASU in 2008 with his BS in Kinesiology and worked as a personal trainer and PT technician for a number of years. During this time, he received his CSCS which focuses on the strengthening and conditioning of athletes to help prepare them for sport. Following personal training, Steve decided to pursue his interest in Physical Therapy and went to GateWay Community College to receive his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant which he graduated from in 2014. He has been working as a PTA for the last 10 years focused on outpatient orthopedics. His hobbies include playing with his children, hiking, weightlifting, and continuing his education in the health and wellness field.
