Adam is amazing! He definitely knows what is best and has pushed me – within my comfort limits – to heal quickly. I am very happy with my PT experience!
After my back pain began I was referred to the Foothills Sports Physical Therapy. I have worked with them for about 6 weeks and feel so much better. Adam and the gang have given me exercises to strengthen my body and relieve the back pain. It has been a very positive experience and I looked forward to my visits each week. They couldn’t have been nicer.
“Due to old injuries, I’ve been going to physical therapists on and off for the past 3 years. My Mom recommended Foothills to me specifically because of the sports medicine element, and she really saw the benefits herself. I worked specifically with Adam and found him to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. The PT Assistants are fabulous as well. I received dry needling a few times during my treatments which helped to alleviate my chronic neck and shoulder pain tension.”
“The personal care by the therapists and staff at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy on 100th Street and Frank Lloyd Wright was professional and effective in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. I felt stronger after every session, and highly recommend Adam Halseth and his staff.”
