In 2000, Foothills opened their very first clinic—Ahwatukee. Since then, this clinic has grown to be a vital part of the community. Awarded ‘Best Place for Physical Therapy’ by the Ahwatukee Foothills News, this location continues the Foothills legacy and mission—to provide hands-on physical therapy that gets results. Tony ran his first half marathon in 1hr 50mins and four years later had his personal best at 1hr 19mins. He qualified for the NY Marathon.

Erica was a competitive athlete wrapping up her career as a collegiate level gymnast at the University of Massachusetts before joining Foothills.

Meryl was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and is a passionate Chicago sports fan and former competitive athlete. Meryl is passionate about helping others and working with patients from all walks of life. She is committed to a career of lifelong learning, having completed the Orthopedic Residency Program at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. Meryl is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as of 2022.
Education: Utah State University, Rocky Mountain University
Cody is with the Foothills Orthopedic Residency Program. He has worked extensively in orthopedics and sports medicine with further education in treating the neck, low back, and shoulders. He likes to educate and help his patients to not only get back to their wellness goals, but to encourage them to reach their fitness goals. When not at work, you can find Cody rooting for the Utah State Aggies, eating Handel’s ice cream or partaking in a strength and conditioning group class.
