Since receiving his Masters’s degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2000, Doug has continued enhancing his skills with extensive training in orthopedic injuries, functional biomechanics, and contemporary concepts in the field of Sports Medicine.
Doug has earned a sterling reputation for his clinical excellence, most notably for his Trigger Point Dry Needling expertise. As a functional exercise and wellness expert, Doug believes in the comprehensive application of clinical care to address all individual needs, not just their condition.

As a physical therapist, Alex strives to provide optimal care for each of his patients so that they can experience positive outcomes and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Jordon is an Arizona native. She began her affiliation with Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in 2009 as an intern. She worked as a tech at FAH from 2010-2015 and has returned in 2018 as a physical therapist.

Andrew’s goal as a physical therapist is to help his patients feel empowered with their health and wellbeing. He is a Los Angeles Chargers fan who is interested in sports, weightlifting and music. In his spare time, Andrew can be found spending time with his wife and kids, working out, and playing guitar.

Delicia is a fan of all Arizona teams—especially the Arizona Cardinals and Diamondbacks. You will likely find her at one of the games tailgating and cheering them on.

Renee takes pleasure in incorporating her patients’ passions for activities into their exercise program in order to accelerate the recovery process. She uses a variety of tools, including her background in massage therapy, to aid in the rehabilitation of her patients.

Lisa is a physical therapy assistant that loves working with balance patients. She enjoys finding creative ways to improve and challenge her patient’s balance. In her spare time, Lisa likes to participate in dance and pilates classes. Lisa has danced for many years and in different styles, such as ballet, jazz, and modern.
