Lindsey specializes in orthopedics, joint replacements, and women’s and men’s health. She enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and helping her patients return to the activities they love. Lindsey gives back by mentoring future physical therapists and volunteers for numerous community events throughout the year.
Education: University of Wisconsin – La Crosse
Throughout Jordan’s life, he has been passionate about problem-solving and helping people. In high school, an injury led him to pursue this application to the human body. Jordan became a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013 and has since achieved a specialty as a Clinical Sport Spine Specialist. He uses a multi-modal approach to therapy, including manual therapy techniques, blood flow restriction, cupping, taping, and trigger point dry needling.
Education: University of Utah, Bradley University
Colby is originally from Utah and has served 11 years in the Air National Guard. He grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, and various other sports. He picked up CrossFit during his time in the Air Force, where he realized his passion for physical therapy after sustaining many repetitive use injuries. Colby made it a hobby to rehab those injuries and helped others recover from similar injuries. He then went on to achieve his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bradley University. Now, as a Physical Therapist, Colby enjoys helping his patients to navigate their environment following injury and mobility limitation and tends to prescribe customized resistance exercises and movement skills.

Jacob is from Bellevue, Washington. He spent his youth in Brooklyn, NY, but has been in Arizona for over 20 years. Jacob is passionate about not only helping his patients but listening to them. He’s certified in dry needling, selective functional movement assessment, and advanced spinal manipulation techniques. He also holds a certification in nutrition.
