Logan has a strong background in manual therapy and enjoys treating patients. He enjoys sports, mountain biking, golfing, camping and playing with his kids.

Dan has a passion for helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential. Dan’s background in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, and strength and conditioning, guides his treatment approach to transition all clients back to sport.

Sean PT, DPT

Education: Mississippi Valley State University, Northern Arizona University

Sean strives to empower patients to reach their full potential. He’s a certified personal trainer who played football in college and loves the Ohio State Buckeyes. When not at work, he enjoys weight lifting, mountain biking and going to the movies.

Matt PT, DPT

Education: Franklin Pierce University

Matt enjoys helping his clients improve their quality of life. In his spare time, he likes to golf, travel and spend time with his fiance.


Samantha PT, DPT

Education: Northern Arizona University, South College

Samantha’s goal for her patients is to help get them back to their optimal level of function/activity so they can do what makes them happy. Samantha has participated in 12 sports throughout her life and she likes to hike, sing karaoke, play volleyball, and watch football and baseball. Her favorite sports teams are the Cowboys and Rangers. Samantha has two cats named Dixie and Indy.

Scott PT, DPT

Education: Maryville University of Saint Louis

Scott was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. In 2021, he graduated from Maryville University in Saint Louis with a doctorate in physical therapy. Scott developed a passion for physical therapy due to his desire to help and connect with others. He received his Functional Dry Needling (FDN) Level 1 certification in 2022. Scott describes his treatment approach as patient-centered, with interventions designed to address functional loss.

Nathan PTA

Education: Grand Canyon University

You may need to do a double take when you meet Nathan. He’s is a twin and one of 5 siblings!  Nathan strives to create an optimistic environment while restoring the quality of life for his patients. As a native, he loves all Arizona sports teams. When he is not at work he likes to play basketball, weightlift, paddle board, and tap into anything adventurous.

Makenzie PTA

Education: Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, and Provo College

In 2021, she was the PTAs’ class Salutatorian. Makenzie’s idea of success is using her time and skills to serve and help those around her. She strives to create an encouraging and happy environment for healing and enjoys helping people live active and healthy lifestyles.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys working out, playing sports and games, and doing any activity in the sun.
