Clint
Clint PT, DPT, MTC

Education: University of St. Augustine, San Diego State University

Clint has been practicing for over 20 years. He holds Certifications in Manual Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and Dry Needling. He holds a faculty position in the Residency Program in Orthopedic Physical Therapy which provides physical therapists an opportunity to develop advanced competencies through a planned course of clinical practice and mentoring. He practices with passion and loves challenges, both in life and with patients. His mantra is “Bring it on!

Janene PT, DPT

Education: Northern Arizona University

She has received training in manual therapy, which enables her to understand and treat pain conditions and movement dysfunctions.

Dylan
Dylan PT, DPT, OCS, XPS

Education: Eastern Illinois University, Bradley University

Dylan earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bradley University in 2019. Dylan has also completed an EXOS Performance Specialist certification (XPS), which has enhanced his ability to rehab sport-specific injuries and optimize an athlete’s performance and recovery. Dylan is dedicated to lifelong learning and has a genuine desire to enhance his patients’ overall quality of life.

Education: Brigham Young University – Idaho, Concordia University Wisconsin

David is passionate about helping patients move forward from their injuries through manual therapy, exercise, and education in order to treat the root of their pain to achieve a strong and timely recovery.

Dylan
Dylan PT, DPT

Education: University of North Dakota

Dylan graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in May 2022. Originally from Minnesota, Dylan’s passion for physical therapy stems from personal experiences with physical therapy from sport-related injuries. As he became more involved in the physical therapy field, Dylan became aware of how much physical therapy can improve an individual’s life and how much of a positive influence a good physical therapist can be. Those initial impressions remain in Dylan’s mind daily as he strives to interact positively with each patient during each visit. Dylan was heavily involved in sports through high school and early in his college career. This drove him to gain his Emergency Responder for the Athlete (ERA) certification while finishing his physical therapy schooling.

Michele PT, DPT

Education: Northern Arizona University, Midwestern University

Michele was born and raised in Lakeside, AZ. She has a Trigger Point Dry Needling certification and is interested in continuing her education in manual treatment. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their goals.

Michelle recently received her orthopedic specialization for PTAs (OPTA).  She has 2 children, Caiden and Collin, who keep her busy with their baseball, golf, and basketball games.

Caleb PTA

Education: University of Memphis, Concorde Career College

Caleb was born and raised in Memphis, TN, before moving to Arizona in the Summer of 2020 with his wife and four children. His passion for physical therapy was fueled by numerous experiences with rehabilitation for various injuries. He enjoys working with patients of all ages while educating them to learn self-efficacy and gain knowledge in achieving their physical therapy goals, future injury prevention, and improving their quality of life.
