Civic Center Scottsdale – Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Reviews

A local orthopedic surgeon referred me to Foothills because I wanted to forestall a shoulder replacement for as long as possible. I had chronic pain in my shoulder caused by a dislocation many years ago and worsening osteoarthritis. I finished my treatments about a month ago, and I am virtually pain-free as long as I keep up with the stretches and exercises that Jeff Sedler prescribed for me. From his initial assessment through my final release, he was careful to monitor my progress at each visit and make adjustments when appropriate. At the end, he also made sure that I understood how to maintain a workable routine, which I am very motivated to do!

Not only Jeff but all of the staff that worked with me were attentive, professional, and enjoyable to work with. I am grateful to have received such good care from them.

Mike and his team are great. I went in after rotator cuff surgery for PT. They are vey knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. With their help, I made steady progress for the month we were in town. Even though we are from Colorado, there were no issues getting insurance accepted or making appointments. Front office staff took care of everything.

My physical therapist Jeff Sedler and the whole team were fantastic and so wonderful helping me with my shoulder surgery rehabs! Everyone was helpful, friendly, professional and caring. I never felt like a number and the therapy and at-home exercises helped me to heal in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend the Civic Center Plaza location in Scottsdale.

I had the opportunity to use their services twice, once for a hip replacement then for a knee replacement. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The therapist and the technicians were all knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. As a physician assistant, I understand what makes an outstanding medical provider and these therapist have it. I highly recommend their services.

Our young son broke his leg and required physical therapy. His physical therapist Jeff has been fantastic working with him and we have seen a huge difference in him. Thank you!

I really enjoyed going to this facility. The Therepists were excellent to work with along with the technicians. They were very knowledgeable with my condition and had me walking pain free within 6 weeks. Very friendly atmosphere and they play good background music to boot. Highly recommended.

We love Foothills Sports Medicine and highly recommend it. Wonderful customer service, and a very friendly environment. Two of our sons have been receiving physical therapy and we have seen amazing improvement, both in overcoming injuries and in strength, range of motion, and endurance from their personalized home programs. Ted, Lori, and Lauren have been a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Their approach has helped our family to stay healthy and active!

Just completed my Total Shoulder Reversal physical Therapy at Foothills Sports Medicine/PT with Lori and her exceptional assistants. Check in is fast and usually less than 5 minutes to start your therapy routine. They are encouraging with my sometime laziness of exercises but watchful/mindful to make your exercises are done properly! Everyone works together well. I will definitely be back when other age related issues occur. Great positive Physical Therapy experience!

Felt like home. Everyone is very friendly. Jen helped me understand my ACL issue and the moment I started PT, I’ve seen almost a 100% recovery within 3-4 weeks. The positive vibe makes it even better and just helps expedite the recovery.
