I can’t thank the team at Foothills enough for the amazing care I received while I was there. The entire staff here was great to work with from the front office team to the therapists, and assistance - very knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell they really care about their patients. After dealing with nerve pain and issues in my neck for years, I was referred to Foothills by my doctor; working strength and mobility exercises, along with some traction, dry needling, and cupping really helped alleviate some of my issues and prepared me for my procedure with my neck doctor. I’m happy to say that today I’m completely pain free and have graduated from care. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! Facility is clean. The PT's & PTA's are GREAT with my autistic/ADHD son. Each of them make him feel heard and understood. They incorporate fun activities into some of his exercises to encourage him. ALL of the staff and the patients we've encountered are very friendly! I'd rate this place a 10/10.

The folks here at Foothills Central Phoenix for Physical Therapy are more than qualified to help rehab ANYONE from professional sports athletes to chool aged children and the every day person with an injury that needs rehabilitation. Depending on if you have an injury are recovering from a surgery, the therapists here are stellar. They specialize in sports injuries shoulders, knee and back. You're in great hand and I'd highly reccomend Foothills as your PT choice.

After having 3 shoulder surgeries to the same arm this last year, I have come to know the Staff and Kacie Lyding very well. I have been treated like a friend, not just a patient. I’ve had therapy other places over the years and mostly dreaded going. Not at this office! The therapy has been difficult at times, but never once have I dreaded the experience. Kacie is wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind and has infused those same qualities in every member of the staff. Thank you all for your help and laughs in spite of the pain. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

The front desk manager, Brittany, will help you with all of your appointments and other arrangements that might be needed. She's been indispensable to me.

I have had the need for physical therapy a few times over the last few years, and each time I've chosen Foothills/Phoenix Downtown on Virginia. I've had the ability to meet and get to know all of the staff. I've been treated by several of the therapists and have seen others and myself receive the greatest care.

Foothills has always been amazing to my family and I. Whether it was treating me for my back injury in 2016, or getting my kids in when they injured themselves more recently in sports, Kacie, Mikael, Melissa, and Brittany have always been able to get us in quickly and accommodate our needs. Customer service is very important to me and Foothills Downtown is unmatched when it comes to customer service and quality of care. I was seen by Kacie and Melissa for my back, and both of my children have come in to see Mikael and they are all excellent. They are great with kids and always willing to help with anything we need.

I have gone to foothills PT numerous times because I am a semi professional at doing dumb things. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable and I have no lingering issues related to any of my surgeries or injuries thanks to the helpful folks here.

I was hit by a car while riding my bike, and my doctor referred me to Foothills for injuries to my knee and hip. Even though my injuries weren't very severe or debilitating, they still worked out a good regimen for me to follow to make sure my knee heals right. My tech, Denise, is awesome about making sure I'm doing my exercises correctly and not over doing anything; and my physical therapists have been great about monitoring my progress and listening to my feedback about any pain or problems Im having.
Tl;dr: I hope I'm never hit by a car again; but if I am, I know where I'm going after.
