I just graduated from Physical Therapy today! Adam and the entire crew at this location were fantastic! I highly recommend Foothills and these professionals. I came in with knee pain that had bothered me for too long. Additionally I was not moving very well and had pain walking up stairs. Basically I felt old and broken. 5 weeks later I feel very strong, minimal pain if any and my activity level is very high. They helped me get my active life back and for that I am extremely grateful. Oh, I even made a few friends in therapy as well!

Due to old injuries, I’ve been going to physical therapists on and off for the past 3 years. My Mom recommended Foothills to me specifically because of the sports medicine element, and she really saw benefits working with the PTs there herself. I worked specifically with Adam and found him to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. The PT Assistants are fabulous as well. I received dry needling a few times during my treatments which helped to alleviate my chronic neck and shoulder pain tension. The entire staff is engaging and upbeat. I found it to be a very supportive environment with dedicated practitioners and will continue with this facility when I’m back in town. I highly recommend this business.

Adam and his staff are a fantastic team of therapists! I went in for knee pain and swelling, and within a few weeks it was totally under control. I loved their enthusiasm, and their competence! A super group of people to work with and have on your side as you recover from your injuries.

After my back pain began I was referred to the Foothills Sports Physical Therapy. I have worked with them for about 6 weeks and feel so much better. Adam and the gang have given me exercises to strengthen my body and relieve the back pain. It has been a very positive experience and I looked forward to my visits each week.
