Foothills pt is an incredible place to get rehab work or any maintenance work done on anything. Speaking from an athletes point of view as a collegiate baseball player staying on top of recovery is extremely important. I’ve been working with Andrew on recovery for my shoulder, range of motion and stabilization work as my shoulder flared up recently this summer. Andrew and his staff has done an incredible job working with me based on my needs, and has helped me get my shoulder health back to baseline and strength and total range of motion back and better than ever! I highly recommend Andrew over at foothills pt along with the rest of his staff for any rehab work!

I brought my daughter to this location after she suffered a sports injury while playing club softball, and I have been blown away by the quality of care she has received. She's been working with Crystal Stokes, and she has been an absolute blessing throughout my daughter's recovery. Crystal is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her patients' success.
My daughter has made incredible progress, and I truly credit Crystal for helping her get back on the field with confidence. We've also been impressed by the variety of equipment and services Foothills offers compared to other physical therapy clinics we've used.

I am 77 years old and have been using physical therapy services for over 25 years. The therapists at this 59th Ave location are the best I’ve ever worked with. I see them using different techniques that I had never experienced and also by seeing them at work with other patients. Several years ago a neighbor had to learn how to walk again. She highly recommended Foothills Sport Medicine and I’m so glad that I took her advice. I hope you will too!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion of each team member. The difference in my recovery since starting PT is astounding. I am starting to look/feel like a person again. If you are hesitant to do PT or need a great place I HIGHLY recommend Foothills!

After pulling my back, I had been suffering with immense pain for months. My doctor recommended 6 weeks of therapy, but after only 4 weeks at Foothills, my pain is gone and I’m back to the active lifestyle that I love. The crew at Foothills is professional and attentive. I wish I had gone sooner!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review after having completed my PT here for my foot in May. I was not looking forward to going thinking it wouldn’t help, but I was wrong! The staff was fun, patient and such a great team. From checking in, to working with Andrew, Nicole and Ava….my foot is so much better and I actually miss going. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this physical therapy team! I’ve been coming here for the past six months after undergoing total knee replacements on both knees, and I truly wouldn’t be as strong or confident in my recovery without their care, support, and encouragement.

Recovery isn’t a straight line—it’s full of squiggles. But from day one, the entire staff has walked with me through every twist and turn. They’ve pushed me to try the next thing, even when I didn’t think I could do it—and every time, I was amazed at what I was capable of. They’ve used a variety of strategies to keep me progressing and always found a way to keep me motivated, even on the hardest days.

A heartfelt thank you to Nicole and Andrew, who have been especially instrumental in my journey. Their patience, knowledge, and positive energy made a huge impact. They challenged me, celebrated my progress, and kept me laughing even when things were tough.

My son Aydan had a serious knee injury, including a broken MPFL, and needed surgery. We turned to Foothills Physical Therapy for his recovery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the start, the team focused not just on his physical rehab, but on his overall wellbeing. They worked diligently to help him regain strength and mobility, and also addressed some of his weaker areas beyond just the injury.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They always put Aydan’s needs before the cost or convenience. The staff is experienced, supportive, and truly builds a strong rapport with patients. In just two months, we’ve seen incredible progress, and I’m so happy with how far Aydan has come thanks to their dedication.

This place is AmAzInG, beyond words! The team is made of miracle workers. I came in after a year of extreme pain, tried other physical therapist, chiropractors, nerve blocks, ablations, Etc. absolutely nothing worked. I was referred to Foothills sports medicine PT and after my second visit I started feeling relief immediately. Today after 8 visits and my last I have no pain and feel better than I felt even before my injury! I can’t thank you all enough. I had to pay out of pocket but the relief made it worth it and the cost was definitely affordable. If your in need for pain relief go to Foothills!

This clinic and everyone that works here is amazing. I would not have wanted to rehab my ACL tear anywhere else. 10/10 recommend that you request your PT at this location.

The staff here are very knowledgable, considerate, and fun to talk to! They helped me get rid of some chronic Achilles issues (hopefully forever), and I'm so glad I chose this clinic. I would definitely come here again!
