Sun City West – Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Reviews

There aren't enough words in the English dictionary to describe how happy I have been with Foothills Sports Medicine P.T. in Sun City. My P.T. Brooke is phenomenal and I am so happy that she is my P.T. She sets up a game plan for me and adjusts it accordingly. My main P.T. Tech is Andrew, who makes sure I am doing my exercises as planned. Both Brooke and Andrew are so caring and make P.T. so much fun. I have been to another place for P. T. where absolutely no progress was made and in the short time I've been here I can see how much progress has been made, what a world of difference.

Any of the techs who have worked with me have been wonderful and also make P.T. enjoyable.

The front office girls are so sweet and accommodating when making appointments.

My wife Beth was experiencing knee pain and didn't know where to turn for relief. Since I was familar with Foothills Sun City from when I had a knee replacement last year I suggested that she try some rehab therapy there to see if she can get some relief from the pain. After getting a referral from her PCP she was evaluated and approved for ten therapy sessions. Austin was assigned as her therapist and worked on helping her range of movement and getting the knee stronger. After her ten visits her knee pain has subsided and she is walking much better. All of the staff at this facility are friendly and knowledgeable and strive to help you recover from your injury or discomfort.

I have been to Foothills 3 times for different reasons. Each time it has been a good 👍 experience. The therapists are caring and knowledgeable and make you work to achieve your goals, but don't push you beyond what you can do. I have achieved success working with them

I had the pleasure (and pain lol) of working with the wonderful staff at the Sun City West location twice. The first time was for my shoulder in 2019, and this time was for my back. Jim was my physical therapist this time, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff. He's professional and personable. He and his staff are knowledgeable and kind. They really treat everyone with respect and pay attention to what is going on with each person. I enjoyed my time with them, whether it was Wendy cheerfully greeting me as I came and left, or Sammy's bubbly personally and sense of humor, or listening to client's stories, or watching the enteraction and care each person took with their clients. I look forward to going back after hip surgery. I recommend this location to anyone in the area who is looking for quality care, service, and real results. Thank you for the great experience!

My mother went in using a walker due to peripheral neuropathy and unsure PT would even work. After 12 weeks with Jim and his team she was leg pressing 30#, walking short distances independently, walking on a treadmill, her balance has improved and she has more confidence than she has had since her diagnosis. Jim and his team are a fantastic group, kind, respectful to everyone who comes in, professional, customizing treatment plans based on individual need. My mother and I are so thankful for them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT.

Everyone at this facility is friendly and they all seem to really care about their clients. Alana is terrific! She helped me regain full mobility of my foot and I am now pain free and back to normal activities.

I have just had an issue with Vertigo and as a caregiver for my husband who's had a stroke, I needed this corrected ASAP! Luckily, I went to Foothills Sports Medicine and Jim and his team were able to correct my issue and help me learn the exercises needed to continue stopping this balance issue. Jim is amazing and his assistant James also helped support me through something I had never experienced before with knowledge and excellent care!! I have been to other Physical Therapy offices in the area and I highly recommend checking out Foothills!! They are fantastic!!!

I had 16 sessions at Foothills and they were very successful. Austin was in charge of me and he did a great job. I had Dry neddle sessions and they have really helped the pain in my hip. I have been to Foothills on several different occasions and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is also very friendly.

My experience at Foothills Sports Medicine was excellent. My therapist, Elana Trejo, was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and goal oriented. She made sure I met my goals before she dismissed me.
