I can’t say enough good things about my visits to Foothills Sports Medicine on East Virginia Avenue. I’ve struggled with knee pain over the years and finally decided to try Physical Therapy. The staff is great! Auggie’s manipulations and exercises have been a game changer. My knee is stronger, the pain reduced and I’m more confident moving forward. I highly recommend him. I also want to thank Melissa, Luis, Alex and Brittany for their help as well.

The physical therapy my mom receives from Auggie is excellent. He is professional, patient, and truly attentive to her needs. He takes the time to explain each exercise, makes sure she is comfortable, and genuinely cares about her progress. We have seen noticeable improvement, and my mom always feels encouraged and supported after each session. I highly recommend Auggie to anyone looking for high-quality physical therapy.

I ruptured my Achilles back in January 2025. It was my first sports injury in the entire 25 years I’d spent playing sports at all levels just before the professional level. I was pretty hopeless hearing it’d be year of recovery, but after my recovery period in the cast was up and I could start PT, the staff at Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Camelback restored my confidence in playing again. Fast forward to January 2026, and I feel so ready to hit my February 2026 goal of playing sports again! Their PTs and PT Techs/Assistant PTs are very knowledgeable, and they make the site itself a comfortable place to heal up at the pace you need. I highly recommend them.

Foothills metrocenter was great place to rehab the staff was great made u feel comfortable Auggie was great he help me get stronge before my hip surgery and after he help me big time great guy thank you all for helping me if u need rehab call them

I recently had surgery for a knee injury and was anxious to find a PT who was knowledgeable about this particular problem. A friend suggested Foothills Physical Therapy and Sports Therapy Downtown Location. The scheduling process was very easy due to the warm and helpful office staff. Auggie was the PT who completed my evaluation and developed a program that was just what I needed. It was clear that he was experienced with treating this particular injury. He was able to describe what was needed to get me back on my feet, as well as, how we were going to accomplish this. I want to thank Auggie, as well as, the rest of this amazing staff for making this process a little less scary. I have only completed my first week, but, have already seen much improvement!!!

I have been coming to Foothills Sports Medicine on Waddell and Litchfield for over a year due to multiple issues. All staff, Therapist, techs, and front desk are very professional, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and caring. David Johnston in my main physical therapist. I appreciate his willingness to listen, adapt my exercises and hands on therapy according to my needs on any given day. I’ve also worked with Tre who is excellent and very experienced! If you are in need of physical therapy this is the place you should go to. I highly recommend this practice.

Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! Adam and his support team are excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I went in to initiate therapy after three back procedures and in significant pain. In a short time period I was given a new back and pain free! I haven’t felt this good in years! 5 stars for sure!

I think the Physical Therapist are the best. I have been to several other Physical Therapy places in my 76 years. The therapists and workers at Foothills are a grade above all the rest. They keep track of your progress, they are knowledgeable, they watch your form when exercising, they are pleasant and they are caring and I have thought they were worth my time!

Recently referred by Ortho Arizona for physical therapy for my neck. I worked with Jordan, Emily, Andrew and the team for my improvement and recovery. They were excellent - great communication, clean facility, and friendly staff. There was a clear plan for my recovery!

Auggie was spectacularly helpful in achieving the goals set on the initial appointment. The pain a had for months is totally gone. The exercises and manual treatment were very beneficial in reaching full recovery. For an 80+ old lady now I can walk like someone much younger. Extremely happy about the results.
