Remarkable care, so grateful I came here. Service was outstanding, best advice is go often weekly and listen to your therapist. I’m a busy mom and needed to heal well. They gave be the best therapy for my knee, it healed well and they even gave me tips to help my comfort level. Excellent service all the way around, friendly and professional staff.

Ted Carter was my PT specialist during my 6 week program. He has an amazing patient-client demeanor and is a pro in skill & effectiveness as a technician. I started feeling improved pain & mobility within my first 2 visits. I highly recommend FSM, and especially Ted Carter as a PT specialist!

Not only are the front desk staff excellent and make you feel welcome, but the support staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Most notably, Ted Carter (with a string of degrees), has been above and beyond the best therapist I have seen in all my years. He has helped me work through spinal pinched nerve issues in both my back and neck and return me to full-functionality. His cross-discipline knowledge is highly practical and has turned out to be the best path to my quick recovery. Ted listens and molds your unique situation into his recovery plan for you. I have been to Foothills Sports Medicine for about 7 weeks for a low back issue. Ted is very personable and has really helped my pain and mobility. I would highly recommend him. All of the assistants are wonderful too and I’ve never had to wait more than minute or two to be seen. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Kevin for about two months now and not only have I had great results from my wrist injury, I am beyond impressed with the way he takes care of his patients. I’m usually here for about an 90 minutes and Kevin takes me through many different exercises to help my recover and even better, he gives me exercises and advise to help my recovery when I’m at home (I only see Kevin once a week). I also have seen many clients during my visits and it’s inspiring seeing Kevin work with them; makes me motivated to get healthier. I would highly recommend Kevin if you are looking for a physical therapist.

If you need a physical therapist in Anthem, AZ, there are 2 choices. Forget about the other place and go see Kevin T. at Foothills Sports Medicine in the Safeway plaza. He will know how to handle your issue from a clinical perspective, which most PTs can do. However what sets Kevin apart is that he also listens and engages with all of his patients. His ability to build rapport and make sure that you are having the best experience possible puts him a notch above the rest. He is kind, compassionate and very dedicated. He is quick, bright and has the rare ability to multitask between patients while keeping no one waiting around. Foothills is fortunate to have such a talented PT!

I recently had a full right knee replacement, Kevin was i instrumental in my recovery.. He has worked on me for the last 6 weeks to build back my strength and the ability to walk normal. I highly recommend him.

Kevin is the best there is and he is super knowledgeable about getting people back to full strength.He was highly recommended and he certainly did not disappoint. I have been seeing him since January since I got ankle surgery down , he has pushed me and encouraged me to full recovery in the last few months. I remember starting with band stretches and feeling like I will never get to do impact exercise . Fast forward 5 months later I am doing impact exercise such as running and different cone drills . He also makes sure to change up the exercise every time to work different muscles in your body . I am almost at 6 months post surgery and I feel much stronger that I was before surgery. I use to see him 3 times a week but dropped down to twice with how much strength and confidence I have gained to be able to do some of the work on my own time . During my visits , it is always fascinating see how well he interacts with other clients with words of encouragement or even something as simple as changing the music channel on pandora to inspire the clients for their workout that day . Kevin knows his stuff and caters to each individual special needs. Always tell him how your body is feeling in the beginning of the session and he will cater the exercises to help you that day. Kevin is the man , the myth and the legend. Also the office manager Kelly is so kind and awesome asking about welcoming each customer with a smile and kind words . Totally recommend this location for physical therapy and is certainly worth the drive . They are a great team to work with.

Kevin Truitt is a world class Physical Therapist. His ability to treat the issue is paramount. However what makes him special is his ability to communicate with his patients. I felt comfortable with my rehab process because he consistently gave me feedback on where I was and where I needed to go. You do not find that with a lot of people in this industry. Kevin is a true master of his craft.

Doug and his team work amazing well together. Lots of tools in the toolbox to achieve the best results. This is my third PT experienced and the best ever. Should I need PT in the future I will return to this team. Love everyone there - from the ladies at front desk, the PTAs, and the very experienced therapists.

I had Foothills highly recommended to me from a friend and a co-worker. I tore the labrum in my left shoulder and did PT post surgery here. I worked with Doug at the beginning and then spent most of my time with Stacey and Renee. The whole team here is amazing. They are professionals and good character people that I truly enjoyed being around. I had some friends that had the same surgery and did PT elsewhere and they did not get the same high level of service that I received here. I highly recommend Doug and his team to anyone needing physical therapy!

Foothills Sports medicine physical therapy is the best!!! I’ve seen them for pre-op and post-op knee surgery and physical therapy for other injuries and pain management. The front office is so friendly, helpful and efficient. The physical therapy techs are awesome and knowledgeable. My physical therapist is Alex. He is the dry needling master and can manage to chase pain out of my body that has been nagging me for years! My entire family sees him. (We are all broken) I never realized how beneficial physical therapy could be. No matter how much much pain I’m in, I look forward to going and I always leave feeling so. Much. Better. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for this place!!

I have been going to Foothills Arrowhead since I was a child and they have always amazed me with the positive environment and the love they have for helping people like me. I came in with severe back pain that was so bad I couldn't walk. They stayed by my side and never gave up on me through it all. My therapist was Alex (DPT) and he was amazing! There are so many technicians to help you master your exercises to perfection and a huge variety of physical therapist and physical therapy assistants that are all so AMAZING! they have such positive attitudes and are willing to joke around with you if you are up for it! I would recommend this place to everyone I know and I will come here for any injuries I have in my future.

I love Foothills Sports Medicine. I have been going to them off and on for several years for different sports/exercise related injuries. Most recently I had a full knee replacement in December and have been going 2-3 times a week for PT. I would not be where I am today with my recovery if not for Dr. Doug Howard and his amazing staff. Everyone there is so friendly and knows my name. Thank you all for everything! I would highly recommend Foothills to anyone looking for any physical therapy. The are #1!!
