Expanding Access to High-Quality Physical Therapy for the Cave Creek Community

(March 2, 2026) — Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy (Foothills) is excited to announce the upcoming opening of its newest clinic in Cave Creek, located at 4705 East Carefree Highway, Ste. 128-130. This expansion will bring expert physical therapy care closer to local residents, reinforcing Foothill’s commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.
The Cave Creek clinic will be led by Dr. Jordon Rivera Bleau PT, DPT, who will serve as Clinic Director and primary treating therapist.
Foothills’ newest clinic will offer a full continuum of outpatient physical therapy services designed to help patients recover faster and move with confidence.
